Track Name: Brother
Brother, oh dear brother, how I hates to see you fall (x2)
Nothing I can say consoles you, and it makes me feel so small (x2)

Brother, oh dear brother, did your sweetheart not show? (x2)
Were you left all in the station listening to that lonesome whistle blow (x2)

Was there little explanation? Not an ounce of truth at all? (x2)
And when you inquired further, did she not return the call? (x2)

Brother, oh dear brother, quit your punching up my wall. (x2)
Know the healing hands of time will allow you to stand tall
Track Name: Grasshopper
Grasshopper grasshopper singing at night, your consciousness causes me a deal of fright. They taught me a monster was a bug, to spray chemicals and shut ‘em all up.

Chorus: But the world needs you much more than it needs me.
You know how to live at peace with she, you know how to live at peace with she. You know how to live in harmony.

Grasshopper grasshopper singing at night, they taught me your consciousness wasn’t a right.
Children pull off your wings and steal your flight.
Curiosity couldn’t, but jealousy might. (x2)

Chorus
Track Name: Follow the Patterns
(Follow the patterns and use the light to guide you all throughout this terrible wonderful, terrible wonderful, terrible, wonderful night. x2)

Chorus: (You just might (x5), you just might find your way x2)

(This old life is short, but ain’t your first time around. You’ve been smoke, you’ve been dust in the ground, cotton plant that’s growing, tied up ribbon fraying floating off to heaven when Indians pray. x2)

Chorus
Track Name: Warrant it All
I really can’t lose none of your faith babe, oh I really can’t lose none of your faith. You know I warrant and I want it all, you know I warrant and I want it all. (x4)
oh I can’t/believe me (x3)
but I’ll try (x2)
Track Name: Sir Gawain
Sitting around in Arthur’s court, we’ve not much to report. Christmastide and merry men our we.
Gathered around to take our meat, with a song on our tongue and a dance in our feet. Smash at the door, and who deign come greet?
A giant man all dressed in green, gold and emerald to match his skin, such a one as this the likes we’ve never seen.
“Far realms have heard of Arthur’s court, why cowardice now your tongues cut short? Pray tell me which of these is lord.”
Then Arthur stood up strong and right, “I won’t have you offend my knights, each is true and full noble too.
Sir I have a kingdom and people to guide, I give them food and shelter inside. I wish the same for you, o man, while you’re here no sorrow’ll betide.”
“If you are Arthur all is right, and I will end my quest tonight. But I’ve not come to lodge or dine. Instead I have a game in mind.
Take up my great axe by thy hand and lop my head of in a glint. All I’ll ask of you o man is that you let me return the dint.”
Gawain then stood up strong and bold to intercede for his lord, “Far better sire that I should fall, for you must rule o’er this great hall.”
He took that battle axe and threw. All thought that giant to be slew. Not a moment the head rolled pon the floor for the green man he took it up once more.
And mounting on his emerald steed the head he held began to speak, “In one year’s time come New Year’s Eve to the green chapel thy fate to seek.”
Then all had sorrow in their eyes. Arthur himself did bitterly cry, for cut-naped men there is no cure. There’re only gods this can endure.
A year most past All Hallow’s Eve to start the journey Gawain conceived. All armor-clad and s’ emblazoned crest, the five point star upon his breast.

Track Name: Worn Shoes
If anyone doubts that this poor boy did love her (x2)
Walk a mile in my worn shoes, see how I’ve suffered (x2)
Go trudgin’’ through the wet snow, too cold too saunter (x2)
Go runnin’ through the desert with vodka for water (x2)
Though my roads been cursed with many bends
still all my tall ships I will send, off into the darkness, off into the darkness
I’ve got some good friends on my side, goin’ to help me down when I get tired (x2)
Track Name: Island
You are on an island on a drug (x4)
You could go away and it wouldn’t mean much, you could go right away and it wouldn’t mean much (x2)
A room full of people out of touch, got a room full of people out of touch (x2)
You took your medicine and you down’d it with your punch (x4)
(You could pour the bar a round, wicked stuff they’re pumping out of that poor man on an island on a drug, that poor man on an island on his drug x2)
of that poor man on an island on his drug
Track Name: Earth Mother
If you think that we don’t know (x3) you are sadly mistaken (x2)
The time comes again (x3) for these people to awaken (x2)
Come again and come again (x3) Come and come yet again (x2)
Earth mother we hear you (x3) and our dull ears are opened (x2)
Fertile seeds (x3) are a conscious generation (x2)
A new moon is rising (x3) crepuscular illumination (x2)
If you see in the darkness (x3) then you have been chosen (x2)
You must stand up and act (x3) to end our sweet world’s suffering (x3)
Track Name: Peace in the East
There’s peace in the East now there’s peace in the East
Praise god almighty, now there’s peace in the East
There’s peace in the East now there’s peace in the East
They fought to the death, now all the fighters are deceased
Praise god almighty, now there’s peace in the East
There’s peace in the West…
Praise…
There’s peace in the West…
All the gunslingers took lead into their breasts
Praise…
There’s peace in the North…
Praise…
All the people are gone and the land is all scorched
Praise…
There’s peace in the South…
Praise…
All’s quiet on the plains after 50 years’ drought
Praise…
There’s peace in the Earth…
Praise…
(We survived the mire, now it’s time for the mirth- Praise god almighty, now there’s peace in the Earth x2)
Track Name: Don't Listen
(Don’t listen to me, don’t listen to me. What good could come into being from all your listening to me? x2)
(Don’t follow after me, don’t follow after me. What good could come into being from all your following after me? x2)
(Firefly in the night, an old man sees his last sight- all the beauty in the world, and you’re here listening to me. x2)
(Don’t listen to me, don’t listen to me. What good could come into being from all your listening to me? x2)
